Walsh, Godschalk advance at Olympics
Husky alum Dan Walsh helped the United States heavyweight eight advance to the final with a win in its repechage race and former Northeastern rower Marshall Godschalk helped his Netherlands lightweight four advance to the semifinals with a runner-up repechage finish early Tuesday morning in China. The repechage race is a second-chance for crews to advance. Godschalk will be rowing in the semis on Thursday and Walsh will be in the final on Sunday. Both Walsh and Godschalk rowed for NU's men's crew team.

Check out another awesome NU student started & run site:

CoopRatings.com is a new service started by two NU students which provides students with more information on what co-ops are really like. At the site, you can confidentially share information about all aspects of your co-ops, ranging from level of responsibilities to ease of commute as well as browse others ratings of Co-ops to see if a particular Co-op is right for you.

Since Co-op Ratings is growing tremendously, we are launching a contest with prizes valued at over $700 dollars! Every co-op you rate will give you another chance at winning any of the following prizes:

First place: Free laundry from Husky Express for an entire semester! A $350 dollar value!
Second Place: A $50 Gift card to Cheesecake Factory.
Third Place: Two winners each get $25 Gift Cards to Uno's Bar and Grill.
